We used Helen to sell a town home condominium in Bellevue. It was an empty unit that had previously been rented out. Helen made specific suggestions on improvements that we really had to do, and what we should do. Nothing was too expensive. Things like changing lighting fixtures, door knobs, etc... There was one specific issue with some pipes in a room and Helen was very involved to help make it look right. She made suggestions, and helped us find contractors who could get the house ready -- again, nothing extravagant. She presented us with her pricing strategy and why it was different than competing houses in the area. It was priced a bit low against comparable houses but we agreed to go with it. Once the house was ready, Helen went into overdrive. She staged the house with tasteful decor and furniture, put the word out, and started the open house circuit. We were open for business. We immediately received a shotgun offer over asking. Even over comparable houses asking. But we declined on Helen's advice. She felt that we could still do better and that the early offer was a demonstration of the value of the house. And so we waited... By the next week, Helen had created an urgency among other buyers resulting in another 5 offers each with a favorable escalation clause. Helen had clearly communicated with each buyer to present an offer with minimal conditions. When reviewing all offers, Helen presented a well organized table scoring each offer. It was very clear which one was the best, second best, and so on... Should one offer fall through, Helen had a plan to follow up with the subsequent buyer. In the end, we closed with the offer we most preferred for 15% over the asking price. Helen took care of removing the staging furniture once the deal was closed. We were very happy with Helen's responsiveness and her suggestions to help us sell at a good price.

Her marketing materials were done in very good taste and she always made it a priority to field questions from potential buyers and their agents.
